The Fourth Hokage
This version of the Yondaime is great for the new
Toad Decks. His (Valid) effect allows you to play
with the top card in your deck face-up, AND all of
your NInja Toads get the symbol on that card added
to their elements. Normally, Ninja Toads are
Lightning. If you have a face-up Fire or Water card
on the top of your deck, your Toads get that extra
element. This is great for Combination Jutsus (Jutsus
that get an extra effect when a Ninja of a required
element is in the team). This Jutsus are made for
Toad Decks, and this guy fits right well in them.

9/30/10 N-914 The Fourth Hokage [Sage's Student]
Hmmm.... today's card is the first disappointing
Fourth Hokage we have ever had, except for
Childhood, but he doesn't count. This version of the
Fourth is T5 like [Space Ninjutsu], and likewise, he
has Jonin rather than Satoosa, but that means almost
nothing since there are not any jutsus with
"Requirements: Satoosa" anyway. His effect makes you
play with the top card of your revealed, which is
definitely not a good thing since your opponent will
now always know what to expect since they can see
your starting draw. Your in-play toads get the
symbol(s) of the revealed card in addition to their
own, which is useful for Combination effects which
currently require toads and another ninja with a
symbol besides Lightning. The problem is that the
majority of cards in toad decks are... well,
Lightning, so you will usually gain nothing with his
effect other than letting your opponent know what
you are drawing. Even in the future, I cannot see
this card being useful for Combination/Toads since
his effect hurts more than it helps. Run [Savior] or
[Space Ninjutsu] instead.
Limited: 1.5/5 At least his stats are good...
