Today's card is a very situational jutsu... and a
situation you won't be in often. It's a simple pump
for two Lightning that gives the user +X/+X where X
equals the number cards in your hand. You're going
to have an average of 3-4 cards in your hand most of
the time which will give you a +2 or +3 since you
lose a card from your hand. At best, you can get a
+5/+5 if you have a full hand or more. Lightning has
a plethora of better jutsus than this. Don't run it.
If you want a lot of power for two Lightning
chakras, run Shadow Clone Jutsu.

Beastly Mage
Power of the Clones
Somewhat simple effect, and it could be good
early game. Power of the Clones pumps up both combat
and support stats by the amount of cards in your
hand at the moment you used this Jutsu. So, the most
your Ninja will get will be like +5/+5 in a normal
situation. It's good, but somewhat situational. Not
much more to say...
