Ratings are based on a 1 to 5 scale.

5 is the highest rating.

Beastly Mage

Assault of Snakes

Can you say "swarm"?! This is one cool alternative for the Snake Summoning Jutsu. Rather than just one Snake, you can bring out a few more. Manda and Giant Snake come to mind right now (unless they're bringing out more Snakes soon). This is a good Jutsu for the Water deck that's looking for a little swarming. Try it and see!

Ratings:

Limited: 2/5 (if any Snakes come out)
Constructed: 3/5
Art: Godzilla-Sized Snakes... Indiana Jones would be really scared!/5

Master Wang Assault of Snakes

Another week, another card AND IT'S EXCLUSIVE *waves arms* WOOOOOOO!!!

Well...if we hadn't seen another "Giant" slow spoil from Bandai last week, this card would be severely under the radar and it might still be considering we don't know what else will be in the set.

Let's start by clarifying that the jutsu summons "Snake" ninjas not Snake combat attribute, so Orochimaru is out on this jutsu. So far, you can pay 4 chakra at the most for X and that can be a pretty big change in pace for the game. A big draw back is that it requires Jonin, but Water has no problems with Jonin's plus it balances the card out. I look forward to more Snake-oriented decks in the future, because the archtype now has enough to stand on its own.

Limited: 3/5
Constructed: 2/5 *gotta be in Snakes to get the most out of it*
Art: The heck is with the bandannas anyway? /5

Pojo Exclusive Preview 1

Assault of Snakes

Another new set, another new set of previews. We start off our previews with a card that fits in a theme deck. Actually it's pretty fun in general. It takes the Summoning Jutsu from Coils, and power creeps it. That one required Jonin, so does this. However, this one can get multiple snakes! You pay 1 water for the activation, and then any amount of water equal to the amount of snakes you want to bring out. Manda + 3 Giant Snake? Fun times. The cool thing I like about this is it gives somewhat of an alternative to the Anbu Spam decks. Now you can spam snakes. Do this with Kankuro, and not only do you get a free puppet, but you can grab some snakes off this jutsu card. Only thing that sucks is all the tutoring hate that has been previewed. If you can get around that, this card is sure to be fun in the right deck.

Also, just to let you guys know, we are starting out the previews slow. The last ones are pretty beast, and I'm quite fond of them, so make sure to keep checking back on Pojo.com! (Also, someone trade me some Shiny Kabuto [Database] and Subjective cards...])

Limited: 2/5. There are giant snakes in the set, but pulling this off might be tough.
Constructed: In a snake deck, it's a must have. 4/5 only because of its Jonin requirement. (Maybe we will get an Oro with Snake attribute in the future...)
Art: Nerf Hunter's Snake Trap. That's just too big.
