Neji Hyuga

[Seeing Through the Wall] is one of the most sought after cards in my store at this moment... and we haven't even had the release tourney yet!

Right off the bat, it's got solid stats, particularly for a turn 4 Jonin. The effect is what really gets you. By discarding one chakra (no specific color) during your mission phase, you can look at the top three cards in your opponent's deck, discard one, and then put the other two back in any order you want. This card could fit into pretty much any deck. Mill comes to mind, same with Taijutsu, Earth, and many others. I'm not sure, but I've got a weird feeling that this card could show up in a Rouge list pretty soon. But, that's just me. =P

So today we review one of the more under-rated super rares, Neji Hyuga Seeing Through the Wall.

For 1 generic chakra, you can look at the top 3 cards of the opposing players deck, discard one of them, and rearrange them any way you like. Seems really straight forward play this card. 5/0 5/0 is fair for a turn 4 but he gets growth and has jonin. There's very few reasons why you shouldn't think about using this neji.

With the new list, this card seems much better than it was pre-list. Discarding the opposing players Gaara or Drifting could be gg. It's a few turns after both those cards but I've seen drifting played on 6 and still be effective.

This is a card that if you pulled it, you don't trade it until you've seen everything he can do.

Constructed: 4 out of 5. Very strong card.

Art: 4 out of 5. Jedi's are pretty chill
StormVyper Zera Neji Hyuga [Seeing through the Wall]

I like this card a lot. For the cost of 1 Chakra, this card can look at your opponent's next 3 cards, snipe the one that'll cause you the most trouble, and makes sure your opponent doesn't draw the worst possible card among the two that remains. Fun stuff. Not really much to say about this card; you either like it or you don't.

Limited - 5/5 (Solid stats, Jonin, no Hand Cost with a good effect.)
Constructed - 4/5
