This Jutsu is a strange one indeed. Only Sai can use
it (at the moment), since it requires the "Brush"
combat attribute for its user. Once you use it, you
get to look for a Jutsu among the top 4 cards in
your deck. If you do have one, you can put it in
your hand and then place the rest back in the deck
and shuffle it. Now, here's the sweet part: during
that turn, you can use that jutsu without paying the
cost AND ignoring requirements. Ever think of Sai
using Rasengan or something like that?! Now he can.

winner, and it's not me, so it doesn't matter until
his card comes out...
Sorry I'm a bit dry today, but it's because we're
reviewing a Sai Jutsu that for the life of me, I
can't see a good use for. For one Lightning and one
colorless, you can search the top four cards of your
deck for a jutsu. If you find one, you can put it in
your hand and use it for free, ignoring its
requirements. That sounds kinda cool, and might
actually be good, if it didn't have a Lightning in
its cost. Doing that kind of makes you run
Lightning, and if you are, you can probably play
whatever jutsu it is unless it's Naru specific, and
you could easily have played a Naru by that point.
So I guess this card isn't that good right now, but
it could get better depending on if Lightning gets a
DFC quality card that Sai can't use by himself.

Ninja Art: Super Beast Scroll
I love this card. It singlehandedly lets Sai or
whoever else you want rip whatever jutsu you decide
to pick up for free. FOR FREE. And what's even more
hilarious is the fact that you stack jutsu on top of
your deck for this card to pick up with Sakura
[Double Personality]. Can't find your Naruto to use
that 2k Barrage? Super Beast Scroll and stack it
with Sakura for a Sakura 2K Barrage. Can't find a
Jonin to play that Giant Vortex Jutsu? Don't worry,
Sai's got your back. If you haven't made a deck to
try this card, you're definitely missing out on some
lulz, at the very least.
