Today's card truly belongs in Mental Power decks.
Think about it: discard him plus one chakra during
your mission phase, and all your teams perform a
Mental battle this turn. That's kinda like giving
all of your teams the same effect as the Shika-Tema
platoon. With so many Ninjas with Mental Power now,
this is one card you can't set aside when building a
MP deck.

todays card is komei...a wind/earth client that is
insanely good for mental power decks... drop him and
a chakra to make all battles mental power battles.
now obviously the only deck that would be using this
would be a mental power deck. theres not much else
to say about this card.
