Orochimaru

This version of Orochimaru rocks in Water decks. Why? He can use ANY Water Jutsu with a cost of 3 or less, no matter what the requirements say. Let's say you wanna use Haku's techniques with this guy. No problem, he can do it. Same goes for most of Kimimaro's techniques as well as those normally used by the Sound Four. Now, is he better than [Deal]? I'd say he's right up there in my book. With the usual turn-6 Orochimaru stats he can do quite nicely in his own deck. Try it and see.

orochimaru, with is standard stats for everything...and a new awesome effect that can make water decks running specific jutsu more viable, (sound 4 anyone?) although admittedly he can't use some of the most awesome jutsu out there, he can use more than enough to make him highly powerful in that said kind of deck. to think, your foe blocks him instead of your kimimaro, and then you unleash an awesome jutsu like clemantis dance anyways...this thing is already wreaking havoc here where i play and its user only has one...i of course can't guarantee that he's better than other versions...(the only one i can think of right now are deal and three cornered) but he can hold his own. bottom line, if you can use his effect well, use him, otherwise use a different one

constructed 4.5/5 if you use specific jutsu, 3/5 otherwise because he has nothing going for him besides that
limited you use him if you have water...his effect won't mean much...3.5/5
