A jutsu that can change the target
of a jutsu being used to another ninja. There
are a nice amount of jutsus you would like to change
around. Make that Shadow Strangulation Jutsu
turn a weaker ninja into a 0/0 instead of your big
beast. Perhaps the funniest use would be to
turn an opponent's Sasuke's chidori into your
sasuke's chidori (why a sasuke would be in a wind
deck, don't ask. Perhaps a Sakura/Sasuke
blend?). Nice reversal of fortune eh?
The problem is that it is
restricted on its target selection. Useful in
the right situations, not for everyone. A wind
heavy deck may use it, especially in limited with
the amount of one target jutsus in this set.
