Another day, another dual-element
promo mission. Today's mission, Let's Take this
Outside, allows you to select one of your Genins and
one of your opponent's Ninjas, and make them both go
out to battle alone, with their effects negated.
This could be good to get rid of any pesky Ninja
your opponent may have, but I don't see much use for
this card right now. I mean, effects negated? Now,
it doesn't say anything about not being able to use
Jutsus... OK, now I see some use for this card. ^_^

Anyway, uh, what does this card do... Uh... Sorry-
before I typed this I had almost an entire large
Papa Gino's pizza, so I'm all like, bleargh. Anyway,
it's dual-chakra, so that's good, uh.... Nice efect.
Although your Ninja has to be Genin. It's an
entirely balance card, nothing wrong with it.... So,
