Today's card, [Big Sword "Shark Skin"] (from the new
Water starter), gives your opponent a choice: either
to block and lose a Chakra, or not block and lose
two. Even though the effect is not valid it's still
pretty good. And with stats like those it's a great
choice for chakra control decks. Also, he's a Jonin,
so he can use a lot of good jutsus (including a
certain jutsu used in Water that will make it as if
he wasn't blocked... *wink**wink*).
