You probably won't run this over one of the Dosu-like
Narutos. You might try him out as a side-deck for
water or an alternative to Nine Tails Chakra for
water decks; after all, 5 power is pretty darn good
for a genin. Depends on your preference.

Today we're reviewing another incarnation of the
Number One Hyperactive Knuckleheaded Ninja from the
Hidden Leaf Village. If your opponent has any Water
ninjas out, this Naruto starts with 2/0, and when
injured has 5/0. Plus, he's got a few other things,
such as Growth and Clone Status, making him a good
candidate for Rasengan decks. The effect is somewhat
situational, but Water ninjas are pretty much
everywhere nowadays, so he can be useful. Try it and
see.
