Today's card is Kankuro [Puppet Master]. Now, in the
latest set there were no Puppet Ninjas. But, there
is a Jutsu that can do the job of a Puppet (at least
for a turn): Puppet Master Jutsu, the same one this
Kankuro can help you search once he hits the field.
You play it, and you get a 3/3 Ninja in Kankuro's
team.This is a really good thing in Limited. Try it
and see.

Now today's card is
Kankuro [Puppet Master].
Average Kankuro stats here. But they aren't all that
good anyway. When put in play, he'll fetch you a
Puppet Master Jutsu. For one Wind Chakra, it becomes
a 3/3 Ninja for the turn in the user's team.
Downside? I'm pretty Kankuro is currently the only
Manipulation Attribute card we have so far. It's a
nice Jutsu, and Kankuro will be able to use it
immediately.
