Hmm... at one water, a very cheap card. Healing is
decent, and +1/+1 makes a nice secondary effect to
tip the scales in your favor. Good for the cost.

Sorry for the missing of last week, real life
issues.
Senbon is a free heal for water decks. I think it is
great, it can do so much if used correctly. You can
use 2nd Hokage for free, and you can heal ANYTHING,
even an opponent's ninja. (heal their CoP haha)
It also provides the small flexibility for +1, which
is decent, but quite crud. Path Kunai is better than
that. However, flexibility is still flexibility, and
that is what makes this card better than if it just
healed.
It also is the card with the longest flavor text :)

Whoa! This is an excellent card. The low jutsu cost
and no requirements already make it a good choice.
The effect is what really makes this card shine in
water decks, if they have room for it. So, you
probably will not need a boost of 1/1 but the
healing is really good. I think that all water decks
should run two of this, if they have room. Very good
for healing if you need it.

And now I get to review
Senbon! For a Water Chakra, you can either increase
a Ninja by 1/1 or heal t. You can even use it on an
opponent's ninja! Heal their Naruto! Heal their
injured-favored guys! Heal your own! This is a very
good flexible card! It isn't anything
groundbreaking, but the healing part makes it VERY
good, and what I can see perfectly running at two in
a very aggressive Water Deck, just to keep the fun
rolling.
