I believe we've covered this before: Jutsus with individual requirements are bad.  You'd almost definitely be better off running a normal Kunai than this if you're into the attack-boosting thing.

Jutsu-Lightning
Cost: 1 Colorless

Requirements: Taijutsu combat attribute

Target: User
Effect: The target gets +3/+0 during this turn.

We end the week with a jutsu card at last after 4 ninjas. Yet again, this card beckons to be used in a Taijutsu build for obvious reasons. This card can slip under the radar a bit, but I have used it to great success in its proper deck. The +3 boost for just 1 of any chakra can be a real good sneak combat trick. I have used it many a time to give Rock Lee or Sasuke [Energizing the Body] a quick victory. This card may not be wanted as much in a serious deck, since boosting cards usually leave more to be desired for the game state, but casual decks should love this card ;)

Leaf Hurricane (j026)

Happy Friday, Pojo-ers. Today's card is a nice Jutsu from PotH. Leaf Hurricane was a good choice to pump up a Might Guy or a Rock Lee or any other Kung-Fu Ninja. Problem is that pumping up combat stats isn't so good anymore. Sometimes it can be a waste of effort. Still, for a Kung-Fu deck it's pretty good.
