Well with R&R's launch just 2 days away. We had
better get reviewing.
This cards effect is quite good. It can make all the
ninjas battling against
the second Stand-by Ninja's. Like yesterday the cost
looks high but the
second's effect is when he is using a water Jutsu
card, reduce the cost by 1
water so it is a 2 water cost card.
However like yesterday there is a lot wrong with
this card. It requires 'The
Second Hokage to work and he is a turn 6. Also if
the target has a
'Satoosa', 'Sannin' or higher rank it is negated.
Since the second is turn 6
there is a good chance if that happening. Like
yesterday even with the cost
being reduced by 1 so it is a 2 water cost card that
still isn't great.
My advice is that you shouldn't really play it. You
should defiantly play
the second in water decks because of its effect, but
there are so many
better water Jutsu cards out there. Like yesterday
the CONS just outweigh
the PROS.
