Review Date: 10.11.06

Average Card Rating: 3.5

Ratings are based on a 1 to 5 scale 1 being the worst.
3 ... average. 5 is the highest rating.

dust2dust Gama N-102

Pro:
-good support

Con:
-no rank

This week we look at all the frogs that could, it's frog week. Today's frog is good in threeways. Lets count it off.

First thing's first is the amazing support stats. it has the same amount of support as some of the other turn 2 ninjas. This is one of better reasons why lighting decks are more playable.

Secondly, this card has the same support when it's injured. Which means you can use him to buy you a turn, and still keep his good support.

Lastly it will return to the bottom of the deck when he is discarded after being in play. This means when he dies, you might have a chance to use him as a discard for chakra.

The down side is that it can't use any jutsu.. Not that this is a big problem, but it's a downside, nevertheless. It also is part of ninjas that have no rank, which makes The Third Hokage [Exam] more effective against you.

In this new format, if you're playing with lighting decks, this is a card that you'll need.

Constructed: 3.5/5
Limited: 4.25/5 (recycle and good support)

Beastly Bruin Gama

Another self-recycling card along the lines of Giant Snake. Unlike the snake, this card is meant for support. With average support and an effect that creates no real advantage, there's nothing super special about this card.

The only thing this card has going for it is that it's Lightning...an element in serious need of good Support. However, you have to wait until turn 2 to use it, when a good Support card should hit the field on turn 0 or 1. Late game, he could either give you an added boost or he could server as a decent chump blocker. However, because he can't use Jutsu's, be careful splashing him.

Constructed Lightning: 3.5/5
Constructed Splash: 2/5 (Use Shika or Temari)
Limited: 3/5
Art: 2/5

Raban

gama

Pros
-good rounded
-doesnt have to be summoned
-oil

Cons
-low combat

Today we look at the big toads son, gamakichi, or gama. Hes a well rounded guy, a 2 and a 2, while this looks good, he needs somme combat, but hes not horrible. Hes an oil so we can get that gamabunta in the game. So id run this guy if i had a couple gammabuntas, but othrwise, as much as i like the little guy, i cant.

Constructed: 3/5
Sealed 3/5
Art 5/5 (RIBBIT!!!!)
