Sage Art: Frog Call
Today we're taking a look at Frog Call. This is
another Jutsu for Lightning. It has no Requirements,
and it allows you to target one Ninja (anywhere) and
make its stats go to 0/0 during the turn Frog Call
was played. The sweet part comes when the user has
Senjutsu: give one damage to the target. This is
another good addition for Lightnng decks, even if
you're not playing Sages. Being able to weaken an
Opposing Ninja can come in handy (particularly when
Lightning has so many big hitters).
