2: Just like drifting clouds

This is one mission Fire/Fire Hybrids really love. It's like having Sakura [ADP] plus a little extra for two turns in Mission form. Draw power and deck cycling can really make your deck work great. In both Limited and Constructed this card is sure to please. If you run Fire and don't have it yet, get at least one, but two are even better. Remember, it's a now in the new Starter decks.

2: Just like drifting clouds

Well, everyone say hello to a very well deserved #2 on our lists, the staple in all things Fire, Just Like Drifting Clouds. Now as some, or all of you know, this card was created by the winner of the Sannin before Jerry, now unfortunately, I don't know his name (sorry, didn't look at Sannin results until the recent one) but he made one great card here. Now if you're hand is bad, you can trade in for a new one, AND draw a card. Not to mention you can do it twice. As a non-permanent card it would be great, but this is insane. Easily, one of the best, if not THE best, missions of all time. The only downside is that, you could actually make your hand worse by Drifting (and trust me, that's happened to me on several occasions) and then you fly into a rage. But the reward is far greater than the risk

Constructed: 5/5
Limited: 5/5
Ryu Juini Surprised? You shouldn't be. The lifeblood of Fire is the best card of 2008, in my opinion. It was initially underrated, but proved to be worth the praise and value it holds. Quite possibly the best draw card in the game, Just Like Drifting Clouds is a source of hate and angst amongst the player base for being printed for the one element that didn't need an early game draw card.

Though restricted to fire only, it is the one card in Fire you should NEVER not see in 3's. Will it be around for meta's to come? You bet. Expect Fire to come back into play when Set 12 comes out, with Just Like Drifting Clouds and Reinforcements being the first cards to be x3'd in most Fire decks.

THIS card should be used as a basis for the thoughts of ANY draw power card in the game: Early, effective, powerful. Is it over the top? You bet. Will anything be done about it? Doubt it.

The best card of 2008, and one of the best cards in the game. While Sasuke and Naruto define the metagame, this card saw far more play, and will likely see more play in the future in comparison.

2. Just like Drifting Clouds

This is the card that helped fire make it's return to the center stage of his game...considered one of (if not THE) best mission in the game, this is the card that Sannin Joe Colon gave us...ladies and gentleman, I give you Just like Drifting Clouds!

This card has a pretty simple effect: T1 Fire, which for two turns allows you to exchange the top of your deck with your hand, shuffle, and then draw a card. That right there allows you to see a large majority of your deck, pretty much cherry picking your drops, and allowing you to recover from a bad early game better than any other card. It's a fun card that allows you to change your hand twice, giving you what you need whenever you need it.

Giving any element this much shifting power is incredible, and allows for a versatility that's unmatched by anything since Sakura: A Double Personality. It's an awesome mission that sets up for even bigger things, and certainly worthy of being a "Sannin" card...and having seen the other Sannin card, it seems that they'll only be getting better...

Constructed: 5+/5 Best mission in the game, period
Limited: 5/5 Read above
Art: 5/5 I love Shikamaru, and Choji is there too...which is okay...
