Rules & Restrictions for Sending In A Deck:

1. Please put what you want your deck to do, what problems you have been having with it, and other pieces of information.

2. Only regular Tournament Legal Decks (75 card, 80 of you claim a Namekian Tokui-Waza) will be fixed. Please remeber the banned and restricted cards too.

3. Please put short descriptions of what the card does. Please also put all Personality Powers and Lowest and Highest Power Levels for EACH personality (every stage) in your deck.
