Professor Binns

Professor Binns teaches the History of Magic at Hogwart's.

Professor Binns is a ghost and the only most likely the only ghost teacher at Hogwart's.
One evening, Professor Binns fell asleep infront of the staff room office. The next morning he woke up to teach leaving his body behind in his chair. When he enters his class room, he enters through his blackboard to the suprise of his students.

In the Chamber of Secrets book, Binns tells the tale of the creation of Hogwart's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Binns ofcourse doesn't believe it because there is no solid evidence.
