W - Goku, the Invincible SS4

Broke, just plain broke.  A cheap energy is one thing, but the secondary effect, which happens reguardless, draw 4 cards.  4-CARDS!.  You get to this level, and you should win, period.

It's getting to that level that is somewhat difficult, but black energetic, or saiyan should have no problems with it.  Energetic levels like lightning, and Vegeta Sensei and some of goku's levels (lvl 1 Baby Saga, lvl 2 + 3 HTs baby saga with saiyan electric aura drill), will let you level for one or two cards, not to mention Cracked Ball 4, or the Saiyan physical that levels you.  Reguardless, it's not as hard to reach this level as you think.  Oh, it's huge on the power stages, as well..

In expanded, you will win with anger with this, never beatdown as, well, DBall rules Expanded.  In Sealed, you need a god pull to even make this worthwhile, as you need to pull a lvl 5 and lvl 4 in rare slots, and need to pull Goku from your starter.  Fat chance.  In Focused, you win when  you get here, period.

Focused 5/5 (you win if you level to here, period)
Expanded 2/5 (anger rush is about that is all that is viable here)
Limited 1/5 (IF, IF, IF)

Goku, the Invincible SS4 Level 6 – Shadow Dragon Saga Ultra Rare - #238 Personality

Basically this comes down to being a super big beatstick. If you get here early game, you can easily control the game if you do it right. A beefy energy for 25 coupled with a hand size booster of 4 cards is just stupid messed up good. Expect Black Energetic decks to really abuse him, as well as decks that use other ways to quickly level like Saiyan with the Electric Aura Drill backer and Vegeta Sensei, as well as other decks using Vegeta Sensei.

Bigger hands have always been a big advantage to this game. More cards give you a ton of options in any Goku deck, from being annoying with a handful of blocks to just dishing out the beats. Bottom line… if you are playing as Goku, you might as well run this if you get your hands on it. I’m not surprised that this is one of the most sought after cards in the game with the sheer power he provides. High PL, one of the best card powers in the game, one of the best characters as well… can’t get too much better.

Expanded: 4.5 out of 5.0 (harder to level in this format, but if used right, can end games)
Focused: 4.7 out of 5.0 (easier to level, key is getting there fast)
Sealed: Yeah right.
