Orange Training Drill
– GT Shadow Dragon Saga Rare - #210 Non-Combat – Drill

Power: When your MP advances or loses a level, none of your other Drills besides this Drill and "Orange Focusing Drill" are discarded.

First off I’d like to drop a little note that Grand Kai Invitational is tomorrow ^_^. If Pojo posts this on the right day, I should be on a plane right now.

And back to the card… this one is actually pretty nice. Orange Drill decks, most notably with the MBS Mastery, should embrace this card with open arms because of the sheer protection it brings.

Let’s first note that this card basically patches up Orange Focusing Drill’s biggest weakness; changing levels. That was the easiest way to scoop Orange’s setup to get around Orange Focusing Drill, seeing it protected against basically everything other than City In Turmoil and a couple Dragon Balls (and a couple more cards). Seeing that Focusing Drill protects Training Drill, you can have a nice lock with both cards protecting each other. If you do level, just pop a drill to your Mastery, pull both of these back out, and you’re good to go.

This also allows you to have a different twist in Drill decks, being able to level in decks when it might be advantageous. Characters like Dodoria and SWK come to mind. Drill decks have normally been stuck at level 1, but now there are other options to mess around with, opening up a plethora of interesting options try out.

Protection, reliability, strategy, and tons of options. Is there anything you can’t ask for in an Orange Drill? Expect to see this drill in all Orange Drill decks, Focused using Technique Mastery, and Expanded using MBS, Technique, and anything under the sun.

Expanded: 4.8 out of 5.0 (gives much needed reliability to Drill decks)
Focused: 4.5 out of 5.0 (ditto)
Sealed: 1.0 out of 5.0 (seeing you probably won’t be pulling very many drills, under assumption, this won’t do you much good)

KingBroly Orange Training Drill - Non-Combat Drill

When your MP advances or rises a level, none of your other Drills besides this Drill and "Orange Focusing Drill" are discarded.
Okay, if you thought Orange Focusing Drill was wrong, then what about this card!? This just improves Orange decks by leaps and bounds, especially Supreme West Kai decks. It might seem a little hard, but with Orange Style Mastery from Buu Saga and Orange Technique Mastery, this is just wrong. Majin Buu's Gift, and other NC's that didn't get around Orange Focusing Drill get around this card. Attach to this, keep it in play for another level. Get out Orange Focusing Drill again, the fun starts again!
Focused, even though it doesn't have as much FUN Drills, it can still be annoying. I mean, many allies, many drills, with this in play, the fun won't stop! In Expanded, with more deadly drills that are insane, Orange gets another un-needed boost.
Expanded: 5/5 (3 should be in there right now)
Focused: 3.75/5 (Even though not as powerful, but a big boost for any deck)

BoBo
Orange Training Drill- Orange Finally got what it wanted this entire time. Red got Meditation Drill and Orange wondered why it was left behind. This will be played in most Orange decks as I see it. Just another way to protect your drills. Makes Winter Countryside a little worse I guess.

Expanded- 4 of 5
Focused- 3 of 5 ( drills not as good here and no Are You Tuff Enuff to level opponents)
