Cell, Resident of HFIL Level 2 – GT Super 17 Saga Uncommon - #69 Personality

Power: Energy attack doing 10 life cards of damage. Costs 3 power stage to perform. For the rest of Combat, your attacks from Cell Named cards do +4 life cards, and the Endurance on your cards in your Life Deck gains +1.

What. And we thought the level 1 ally was good. This one blows that out of the water.

Let’s see… energy for 10 that is bumped to 14… and +1 endurance for remainder of combat. Really what more could you ask for?

Cell will definitely be played all over the place as an ally in Supreme and Aura decks because of the sheer power he provides. The amount of damage from a single ally is unheard of, and the bonus endurance is nothing you can overlook. With Focused being based around endurance, giving a plus one can easily save 3-4 life cards, which can mean a lot.

In expanded I don’t see him being played much at all as an MP. As an ally definitely if the deck runs level 2 allies, but the CS Stage Two level is so dominant it’s no wonder why Saiyan Supreme Cell and Gohan are two very powerful decks.

In focused, he’s a pretty good MP option if you’re attempting to abuse the Red Cell cards. Taking on that much damage with all the nice endurance can really help out beatball your opponent to death.

And of course, high PL and PUR are nice to boot.

Expanded: 2.7 out of 5.0 (high end of rating only because he’s a good ally; otherwise the CS level 2 just owns)
Focused: 4.2 out of 5.0 (great ally and decent MP)
Sealed: 2.0 out of 5.0 (if you can run level 2 allies and put them out, he’s a 5)

KingBroly Cell, Resident of HFIL (Lv.2) - Super 17 Saga
Max Power: 5,200,000 PUR: 5
Power: [Energy [10] () ]
3: For the rest of combat, your attacks from Cell named cards do +4 life cards, and the endurance of cards in your Life Deck gain +1.

Okay, honestly, not a card that's going to be used a lot. The regular level 2 from Cell saga is sooo much better (It's a card searcher). As an ally, this one has an edge over every other Cell card except Super 17 saga's level 1 (Since it's a level 1).
If your playing Orange Aura, I recommend this card over the level 1 from Super 17 because of the extra life card of damage on it (14 life), and it allows for +1 endurance on your Deck. This card was made for Red Blazing Cell in Focused, no doubt about it.
Expanded: 2/5
Focused: 3.5/5

BoBo
Expanded- This card is pretty much useless with the CS lvl 2 out there, the effect isnt that great either and it just adds up to a poor card, mostly because there is already a far superior version available. 1.5/5

Focused- This is more playable in focused because its the only choice. The effect is also much more useful than the lvl 1 because it adds endurance which is important in focused. 3.5/5
