Yay for OTT getting back to its roots of topdeck stacking. Wakky here is GB2. On attacking the vanguard, if Oracle is online, CB1, SB1 and G Persona Blast to draw a card, then put any card in your hand to the top of the deck.
So this card's use is obvious. We stack a Critical Trigger to the top of the deck so that we can put it on Silent Tom for more pressure. As if Bushi wants us to keep depending on a card that hasn't been reprinted for ages, the cocks. Anyway, I'm not particularly impressed. The big problem here is that for CB1 and SB1, it doesn't really translate into a hard +1 for you. It generates another 5k guard at least, yeah, but so can basically any other GB2 restricted finisher and in a lot of cases, much better. I don't want to pay a cost for anything that doesn't have a reasonably predictable outcome.
Doesn't excite me now that G Guardians can check Tom which was the whole point of this card in the first place. Get for the finisher potential but accept OTT needs something better.

Internet not working is annoying.
Anyway, Wakahirume here, at GB2 and 4+ cards in hand, not hard for Oracles, lets you CB1, SB1 and Persona Flip, man, with that cost, you better be able to do something nice...
Oh, right, stack your deck, as if the whole scrying abilities that Oracles have isn't good enough anymore.
Suffice to say, it's really easy to set up at least two trigger checks.  And, hey, being able to re-use heals and crits is never a bad thing.
