[AUTO](VC) Generation Break 2:[Choose one of your rear-guards, and retire it] During your turn, when your unit with "Diablo" in its original card name Stride, you may pay the cost. If you do, search your deck for up to one grade 1 card, and call it to (RC), and shuffle your deck. Then, if your "Dark Dragon, Spectral Blaster "Diablo"" is on (VC), search your deck for up to one grade 1 card, and call it to (RC). The units called with this effect get [Power]+3000 until end of turn. Shuffle your deck.
[AUTO]:[Counter Blast (1) & Soul Blast (1)] When this unit is placed on (VC), you may pay the cost. If you do, search your deck for up to one grade 1 card, call it to (RC), and shuffle your deck.

Whirlwind of Darkness, Vortimer "Diablo"
Main ride for Diablo decks. Vortimer, when ridden,
Soulblasts 1 and Counterblasts 1 to call a Grade 1 from
the deck. And his GB2 skill: whenever you Stride into a
Diablo G-Unit, you can sacrifice a rear-guard to call a
Grade 1 from the deck. Then if the card you Stride into
is Spectral Blaster Diablo, call another Grade 1 from
the deck. Either way, all the units called from the GB2
gain 3k until end of turn.
RULING: The G-Unit you Stride into does not count
towards the GB2. If you want it as a second Stride,
Aurageyser or bust, man.
Positives? It generates a +1 on-ride and then continues
to do good things as long as you Stride. Main downside
is that it operates on "No Stride fodder, no life". I
wish it could have had a GB2 that did something while
having a non-abuseable secondary skill, like Anger-boil
for Blue Wave decks, otherwise that turn's going to wind
up pretty vanilla.
Apart from that, it's a good card. Well, a good DECK
specifically.

Whirlwind of Darkness, Vortimer "Diablo"
I mentioned this guy in my previous "Diablo" review.
This will load your field up in Shadow Paladins, when
you ride, at GB2 when you Stride and if you Stride
Spectral Blaster "Diablo", go fetch Grade 1s from the
deck, thin the deck out, fill your field up and do
naughty things.
Not much to say, it's really good.
