Here is a sample fleet I did off the top of my head. This is by no means a perfect example, but, you get the general idea.

26 points all 2 rated cannons  possibility of two extra actions  L+S

Bonnie Liz 8 points S+L
Jack hawkins 6 points
possibility of an extra action  S+L 14 points

Dead Mans point( 3 gold ) elimanate's one   crew per hit
