Tomy Mega Evolution Figures Arriving
at Toys 'R' Us!

My staycation week ended with spotting more new Tomy Pokémon toys at Toys 'R' Us! The first item that caught my attention was a super-cute, super-soft, small Pikachu plush that talks when you move it and has a Velcro strip on its underside so you can attach and carry it on your shoulder just like Ash! The tag on the shelf said $24.99 at my local store.

I almost missed the next items, as a somewhat regular looking Charizard figure pack was hanging from a peg...but...behind it...Mega Charizard X! Turns out the Charizard in front was actually Mega Charizard Y. Jumbled among stray items on a shelf were Mega Blastoise and Mega Venusaur. I snared the Mega Charizard X, as pictured; these were $7.99 each.

I hope we get another wave of plush, I'm very partial to rabbits, so a domestic issue of Bunnelby would be welcomed; I know Tomy has these in Japan, as I've seen them online. I'll keep my eye on the store shelves!

CHAR!!!!!!!

P.S. I can't wait to see Pokémon Center online when it's officially open August 6! *Pikachu used SURF to bookmark pokemoncenter.com*
