Dragon Ball Information (Saichourou's Dragon)

This is the original creater and maker of the Dragon Balls. Saichourou is Guru in the FUNimation dub. He created the Dragon Balls, when he saw Porunga in a dream. He is the father of the Nameks after the great storm that overpassed the whole planet. He created the balls as a symbol of peace and wisdom, so all Nameks could live in peace.

These Dragon Balls could do three wishes per summoning and afterward of the grantation, Porunga dissapears for 130 days, or one Namek year. To call forth Porunga, you must recite the phrase, "Takarato Poporunga Pupiritoparo!" and must then afterwards, recite the wish in Namekian.

The limitations with these Dragon Balls, is you can only wish one person back to life, per summoning. But, you can revive that person to life as many times as you want. You cannot cause death or destruction on someone, a group, or a thing. The only thing about this Porunga, that is different than the other previous ones, is he can do anything to the universe as the summoner wants, expcet the death and destruction deed.
