Android 20 the Doctor Level 2 – Cell Saga
Starter - #186
Personality

Power: Constant Combat Power: All of your attacks do +1 life card of damage for every personality in play with the word "Android" in the card title.

Well, this is the only level 2 you have to choose from, but it is pretty good if you ask me.

All your attacks do +1 life to start out, but after you’ve been on that level one and gotten 3-4 allies out before leveling (or you could of gotten them all out for all I know), +5 life for every attack starts to smart as soon as the attacks hit. Sure the damage only works if A20 does it, but try out attacks like Tribeam, Red Repeating Flares, and Orange 5 Finger Focus and you’ll know what I mean. Let’s see… 8 androids… +8 life… attack does 2… 3 times… 30 life please thanks. Hurt bad? You will if they all hit.

Not only that, those cards drain you. Can you say get to zero, android allies take over and produce mayhem? Physicals from 13, 15, 17… blocks from 18 and 19, and well, 14 does his thing all the time.

Key is this level is based on if the Androids are out. You got to have them out for this level to be really good. Not too hard, but not too easy.

Let’s just say… insane modifier is good. Now if only we just tried Supreme Kai’s Ki Push while we are at level 3, go back to level 2, and hit your opponent for 19 life focused…

Doing straight life cards is good to steal DBs seeing normally they don’t do life. He’s decent, but you need to build a deck around him.

Also, even trying Unlocked Potential might be fun.

Standard: 2.7 out of 5.0 (gotta hit the attacks, but if they do…) Tuff Enuff: 3.3 out of 5.0 (level much more, pain if you get the power to work)
Sealed: 1.9 out of 5.0 (+1 life decent, and opponent being an Android is +2, that’s about it) ~matthewlow

Android 20, The Doctor

Android 20 is an old beat up personality who no one would use anymore anyway. Well except his Level 1 as an ally, he’s washed up! His powers are old and inferior. So I can do +1 life for every Android personality in play. Whoop-dee-do. With the amount of Ally removal out there nowadays, this card just keeps getting worse, and worse.

Standard – 1.5/5
Tuff Enuff – 1/5 (please, 1 is too generous)

Power: Constant Combat Power: All of your attacks do +1 life card of damage for every personality in play with the word "Android" in the card title
Not a bad power. All your attacks to +1 life for each ally in play. When you have about 4-5 android allies out and they take over and attack one by one, your opponent is gonna be taking some heavy damage. Most of the androids have attacks as well. So the more androids, the more damage. And with all the androids out his level 3 is even more lethal than this card power. And it shouldnt be hard to get out the allies with the level 1 from AS. Just keeping them in play for the level 2 and 3 card powers is the hard part.

Wednesday - Android 20, the Doctor

This, in my opinion, is the worst level of Android 20. He can be OK..if you have every android personality in play, all of your attacks will do +8 life cards of damage, this is pretty good, and if you have a well constructed #20 ally deck, you'll have all of them in play, unless your opponent tosses a Cell's Pressence on the table >_<..anyway...yeah.

Tuff Enuff: 2.00

This power adds +1 life card to all attacks for each personality with
"Android" in its title in play. Of course this card will also be used in an
Android Ally deck. You can easily get at least 4 Androids in play before you reach this level. I love to get to Lv.2 and soften my opponents up with a barrage of energies doing around 10 life, then level up and go for the kill. Standard - 2.5/5. Great, but you may not even make Lv.2 some games nor have
Allies out.
TE - 2.6/5.
KingBroly Android 20 (Lv.2-CS)
You don't really see any decent Level 2 Personalities out there. This sort of is one of them. With Android 20 alone, all of your attacks still do +1 life card of damage. Wow! Something for nothing if you get to him with no other Android Personalities in play. If you can get here and your opponent is using Android Personalities, most likely Android 14 if their a Villain, it becomes better. But, you can only do so much extra damage. He's easier to use in Tuff Enuff because Anger does come into play more.
Standard: 2.5/5
Tuff Enuff: 3/5

This Constant Combat power is alright. It helps somewhat, but for me I always forget to use it. It may help you, for example; you use an energy attack and if you have Android 14, 15, and 18 out, then it does the 4 life for the energy plus 4 life cards for 20, 14, 15, and 18. In total it does 8 life cards.

Standard: 2.8 out of 5.0 (I always forget to use it.)

Andrew Dill Android 20, the Doctor Level 2, #186 from Cell Saga

Power: Constant Combat Power: All of your attacks do +1 life card of damage for every personality in play with the word "Android" in the card title.

This is a pretty good level 2, although it is not nearly as good as some
others like Gohan, The Swift, and Cell, Stage Two. If you can get all of
your android personalities out all of your attacks will do some major
damage. The only thing I have to say is that Devastation Drills will give
you as much damage or more and you don't have to worry about getting up to level 2. However, if you are using an android ally deck, your main goal is to get to level 3, so this power isn't that bad for that transition. With all the android allies in play all of your attacks will get +8 life cards,
which is very nice... Can you say Krillin's Heat Seeking Blast!?
