Uncommon - #45
Personality

Constant Combat Power: When one of your Bulma Named cards leaves play, your opponent discards the top 4 cards of his Life Deck. Prevent 2 life cards of damage from your opponent's energy attacks.

First I’d like to say… Grand Kai Invitational!!!! It all starts TODAY!

Now that I’ve got that out of my system… let’s take a look at Bulma and the fact that she’s all wacked out. I mean, take a look. Discard 4 for every Bulma named card. Cards like Bulma Finds a DB and Bulma finds a Drill that were and still are sitting ducks can be used for fun in a Bulma direct discard deck.

You can have a lot of fun with her. Anyone who isn’t careful can easily fall prey to the Bulma Carpet deck that discards all the Bulma named cards (try Outburst Drill) just to deal direct damage, and then if Carpet hits, make it more. The only problem with the archtype is the fact that many of Bulma’s named cards are terrible. Dealing with bad cards can easily cost you the game, no matter what effect you get out of it (well, depends).

Not only that, she has the other part of her power. The ability to prevent 2 life from every energy is what her SS counterpart did only once. This ability can easily help out an ally deck if it uses her to her potential. Of course you need to have her in control of combat, but if you do against an energy deck, you can potentially save a bunch of life cards with the lack of energy stopping allies.

She’s mainly a fun card for the most part Main Personality wise. She isn’t anything top tier, but what’s wrong with Carpet Attacking for 40 with just her power, and then another 30 if it hits? Your opponent should see it coming, but if not…

Standard: 2.4 out of 5.0 (fun, prevention nice)
Tuff Enuff: 2.6 out of 5.0 (prevention drives this up)
Sealed: 4.0 out of 5.0 (she’s an ally, and she can prevent life… is that bad?) ~matthewlow

Not to bad.. why all the women and hercule hit 1 million i dont know but oh well. Bulma's power is pretty useful though. Whenever a bulma named card leaves play your opponent discards the top 4 cards from his deck. I dunno why but i think it would be funny to see her in a Carpet attack technique deck. Discard plenty of bulma cards, they discard the top 4 for each. Then Carpet attack does +34239042390 life cards of damage. Heh that would be funny to see. Maybe ill try it out for fun. The rest of her power is prevent 2 life cards from energy attacks. Eh not all that great but its just Bulma you know.

 Friday - Bulma, the Wife

Riiight..a power level of 1,100,000 at level ONE? Thats stronger than
Krillin's level one..riiight..interesting stuff.. >_>

She really isn't very good..considering there are only..........9 bulma
named cards, and 6 of them..SUCK. So, yeah. The second part of her power COULD come in handy..I guess..but..meh..

Power: Constant Combat Power: When one of your Bulma Named cards leaves play, your opponent discards the top 4 cards of his Life Deck. Prevent 2 life cards of damage from your opponent's energy attacks.

I personally do not like this card at all. I guess the prevention of 2 life
cards is not that bad, but seriously, there are a total of 5 Bulma named
cards, and only 2 are good, Bulma's Scouter and Bulma's Looking Good, there is also Bulma and Chi-Chi's Stare off which is basically an aura clash, but only you level up, and it to be used at the end of combat and is removed. So basically, you will probably only use the prevention of the 2 life, and that is 2 from energy attacks. Why not use Majin Buu if you really want prevention, he can prevent 2 life from any attacks, not just energy, plus he regens the top 2 styled cards. I don't know why you would even use Bulma, I guess maybe as an ally, but do not use her as a main personality, she sucks!

Standard Play: 3.5/5
I must say that this card is 100% EVIL EVIL EVIL! Whenever a Bulma card leaves play, your opp. discards the top 4 cards of their life deck. Let's see, Bulma's Looking Good = 4 life, Bulma's Scouter = 4 life, Uhh... let's see, that's it? Umm... Energy Lob on the useless Saiyan Style Bulma Drill and Dragon Ball cards? I guess....not. So, 5 cards times 4 discards each as a Main Personality means 20 discards. Okay. If Bulma had a lot more named cards, she would be soooooooooooo wrong & Broken. I guess you could use Outburst Drill with Where There's Life There's Hope, and some other cards. If your innovative try it out. Wait for some more Bulma named cards.

Tuff Enuff: 1/5
Okay, the power is useless here, except for the PRevent damage. Since you can Aura Clash up... wait... you go down in power stages. Scratch that idea right now. Honestly, don't play Bulma in Tuff Enuff unless you're the BRAVEST SOUL ALIVE!

Sincerely,
KingBroly

Power: When one of your Bulma named cards leaves play, your opponent discards the top four cards of his Life Deck. Prevent 2 life cards of damage from your opponent's energy attacks.

While the first part of that power isn't extremely powerful, the second part is much better in my opinion (The only bulma named cards that stay in play are: Bulma Find's a Drill, Bulma Finds a Dragon Ball, and Bulma's Scouter). Preventing 2 life cards of damage makes it much harder for your opponent to capture your dragonballs unless he uses KHSB (remove it/COGD it). And you can use Bulma's Scouter because Bulma (a hero) is your Main Personality. This Bulma only seems good in a Dragon Ball Deck, and wouldn't work very well as an ally. But if you were playign Bulma as a MP, you'd probably need some allies. Although, I haven't gotten to see the Kid Buu set yet, so perhaps this power is better than it looks. =/ Perhaps someone will find a good use for this poor old lady =)

Standard: 2 - 2.5

Tuff Enuff: 1.5
