One word of advice with this card....no what you're doing. Sometimes, it saves you. Getting rid of all 3 City In Turmoils vs. decks with poor recycling (i.e., red anger) can win you the game. But also giving your opponent easy access to their discarded battlegrounds can make you lose. My major beef is that it does not discard locations, so it makes the 2 decks unbalanced. Also, the card is fairly useless once you're done with it, but it has to clog up your discard pile. This is a great option for decks that don't want to deal with battlegrounds, and don't want to skip combat to overlay them. Any deck that doesn't use battlegrounds should run at least 1 or 2.

I think a more accurate term for this card is Land of Joy. When I first saw what this card can do to those annoying battlegrounds, I danced for joy. O_O If only it worked for Locations as well. *sigh* Anyway, it kinda imitates Run Away, only u don't have to worry about having any battlegrounds of ur own to play in place of the one already out. And, u don't have to worry about anyone playing their own battlegrounds in a multiplayer game... not to mention, it's a combat card, so u don't have to play it before u can use it!... but watch out for Trunks' Energy Spheres!! O_o If u hate battlegrounds (like me), and were wishing for the chance to get rid of them, rejoice, ur day has arrived! ^_^ I would have rated this card a 5 of 5,... if only it removed those stinking battlegrounds from the game instead of only discarding them... ~._.~ ...

This evil card again.... this card has cost many players games. The funny thing is that the players losing are the ones using it o_0

Standard

This card is really cool cuz it helps Orange decks deal w/ that evil CIT (City in Turmoil) but it has a huge draw back that not many players see. A lot of players just play 3 copies of this card instead of using any BGs or Locations but when they're opponent drops a Location on them like Roshi's Island the pain kicks in. The card itself is really good but is one of those cards you have to learn how to use 0_o

Rating 2.5

Tuff Enuff

I think this card gets a lil better in TE cuz the players seem to use BGs a lot more than locations but a early Black Searching Technique can hurt like a lot. ust make sure you have a location to back you up incase things go wrong, cuz with this card things can
and will go wrong >,<
