A Score Guy
This card is what I consider the best Location in the game because it's almost an auto win against certain decks.

Standard

This is where this Location alone can win you the game if you play it early, Dende's Quest decks don't have a way to deal with it and that means they'll be paying a ton of life cards. This location also works really well in Saiyan, Red, and Black because those are really agresive styles in which you'll be using a lot of styled cards. Besides what villan deck doesn't use A-18 Stare Down or Cell's Treathening Position? :-/

Tuff Enuff

This is one of those few cards that is not only good in Standard but also in TE because this card makes ally decks cry.... A LOT!! There are also all of those Cell decks full of Cell only cards which are named and who could forget about Goku's Super Saiyan Blast and Yamcha's Skillfull Def? The card is not only good in the current environment but it also wrecks those silly

Free Style decks all by itself. O.O

> Friday : Master Roshi's Island

A double edged sword. While its benefit of attrition to your opponent for playing named cards, it also restricts your named cards which might end up hurting u more than helping, key cards like Trunks Energy Sphere, Expectant Trunks, or Android 18's Stare Down... but its still a useful card nonetheless.

In TE its slighty more useful, since attrition will speed up your opponents death if played right.

Standard 3.7

TE 3.8

And we end this week with an uncommon from the Androids Saga..Master Roshi Islands! This location is fun, but very very underused. Why? Because most decks will be running the staple named cards -- Nappa's Physical Resistance, Trunks Energy Sphere and the such. So they don't want to discard 2 cards themselves. Anyway, try a deck using this card, it can really make your opponents go insane.

Standard - 4/5

Tuff Enuff - 2/5

Standard gets a higher rating. Dragonball decks running 50 cards with a ton of them named, x_x

SOMEBODY *looks around for guilty Score people* wrote one of the more interesting tips of the day in the last Score e-mail pertaining to this card. They pointed out that this card could be used in combination with the card's owner because you could have 4 of them... and Roshi can look at the top 10 cards when entering combat. Not only did they say that, they suggested what this would be a good way to oppose Dende DB decks, by making them pay for their named DB's. Wonder who could have given such outlandish advice... in any case, this is a card that needs to be revisited. Despite the fact that a deck running these might be weekened by the absence of cards like TES, the sacrifice might be worth it.

Standard: 3.5

Tuff Enuff: 3.8

Hawk Friday : Master Roshi's Island
One Word with this location; O-W-N-A-G-E.   a Deck, with this card as the location, and correctly made, will ROMP any mainstream deck right now.  Just think of this against one of those DDB decks, or a Backlash deck.  Its crazy, you would barely have to hit em! ^_^ I love this location, one of the best in the game.

Regular - 4/5
Tuff enuff 4/5

Trunks
Master Roshi's Island - Android Saga

Bah. Talk about BS!!! All named cards now cost 2 life cards to play. This can strike alot of fear into decks because no matter what your deck is gonna have named cards. Trunks energy sphere, krillins heat seeking, Don't physical stance, etc.. The list can go on for awhile those are most of the key cards in any deck. Dont get me wrong, sure you probably only have like 15 named cards in your deck but paying 2 more life cards to play it really hurts. Thats 2 cards you could have played x_x. I would say only saiyan decks don't really fear this card since everything in the deck is probably like 80-90% saiyan cards. But when it comes down to decks like black and orange named cards are in there like crazy. The biggest draw back from this card is that you gotta pay 2 life cards as well. Its pretty hard to make a deck without putting in all your favorite named cards ;_;
