Chiaotzu Level 2:

Meh. This card is definetly an approvement over his original level 2, but that really wasn't hard was it? Having a focused energy attack--which eat up the current environment--almost every combat is pretty good, but Chiaotzu is not a very viable personality in the current environment (especially with the new restrictions) so the only thing I can see working is an ally deck that gets him up to level 2. All in all, just not that good.

Rating : 1.5/5

In Tuff Enuff, I can see this paying off a little more as the environment tends to favor ally, but you have to be really good to make it work.

Chioutzu lv.2

here's a great card. The white dude's original lv.2 left a lot to be desired, since you'd end up losing the game as a result of it, but this one is a great replacement for it. first, its power is good, a focused energy attack is quite powerful when you think of it, and as an ally this personality is definately one worth looking at. additionally, his power levels are higher than the one from Saiyan Saga, which is a huge benefit if you play the little dude (though i wonder why one would). definately an advancement over the original.

Trunks Chiaotzu Lv. 2 - Cell Games

Hmmm a level 2 with a focused energy attack thats not too bad. We may see some chiaotzu decks back into the game. Having a focused energy attack every turn can prove to be useful especially against dragonball decks and decks that have nothing but dual blocks in their decks. His power levels are pretty decent its better than having power levels from the saiyan saga i can tell you that. Anyway chiaotzu may come back into the game with this new level. Who knows?? Probably in the underdog tournaments during scores sanctioned tournaments in July.
