Captain Ginyu's Energy Attack - Trunks Saga

A simple energy attack that costs 3 power stages and raises your anger by 2. Not many of these cards. Red energy surprise lets you gain 2 anger but its gotta be successful. This is one card that isn't limit 1 per deck. So you can have 3 which is great for anger decks. This is one staple card for anger decks. You wont see many anger decks without 2-3 of these free anger cards.

Rating 3.0

T.E. - Well same as before, best for anger if you want to use your higher levels to overkill your opponent. This card is a must if you want to destroy your opponent that way. Gaining free anger can make all the difference. Just don't use gokus farewell :P.

Rating 3.5
Its one of the non-tokui attacks that gives you 2 anger... wait... is there more than one? Ya this card is going to be an essential for a range of decks for some time to come. Useful in MPP, Dragon's Victory, and even decks that just like to level up, keep of set of these handy whenever building a deck. And hey, might even hurt your opponent with it. :)

Standard: 4
Tuff Enuff 3.5

This card is a staple in all speed anger decks. It is also not too bad in DV or Black Slime Anger. Aside from those decks, this card is pretty substandard. It costs 3 stages to do just the standard amount of life (4), and it is RFG. Definetly never use this for damage. Rating: 2.0 (3.5 if you're anger or DV)

In Tuff-Enuff, this card is pretty bad. There's no anger victory, and cards like Are You Tuff Enuff???? can get you leveled much easier. Rating : 1.0
