This card is what Namekian decks are all about, decent Physical attacks, powering up to full and recoverying a lot of cards from your discard pile. ^.^

Standard

This card is hands down one of the top weapons in the Namekian arsenal because it doesn't only power you up to full and allows you to recover 4 cards from your discard pile but it's also a Physical doing +4 power stages. That might not be a lot of damage, esp when performed by Piccolo or Cell level 1 but it'll get a lot better in World Games. ^_< In standard I just see thsi card being used to set up Combos cuz Namekian has a lot of good energy attacks and they work better against Dragonball decks.

Rating 2.7

Tuff Enuff

This Physical attack can save you from an overkill when you're opponent is geting ready to finish you off because not only does he have to chew trough at least 10 more power stages but that's 4 more cards in your life deck he has to worry about. In Tuff Enuff I like cards that power you up to full and have cool effects because they can help you a lot and the random extra effects are alwayz great.

Goken
Orange Scatter Shot, Black Body Destruction, and this card, Namekian Dash, are the best new cards from the Capsule Corp Power Pack. Even if this card JUST shuffled 4 discards and powered the MP up full it would be one of the best new cards... but its also an attack... a PLUS 5 ATTACK. Very few Namekian decks will want to play without 3 of these.

Standard: 4.7/5
Tuff Enuff: 4.9/5

Cds
Talk about power!  Most of the cards from the CCPP were broken to begin with, and this card is no exception.  Not only does it add +5 stages of damage, not only does it power you up to full, it lets you recycle the top 4 cards from your discard pile back into your life deck!  That's extremely good with Lord Slug Level 3.  Namekian physical decks should run 3 of these, and even Namekian energy decks should run a couple of these beasts.
