It's hard to have a favorite main
personality from the Cell Saga, because they are all so good.
Android 16' s powers make him one of the better ones, though, in my
opinion. I like him mainly because he doesn't seem to be made for a
specific style, such as Krillin or Android 19. Each of his levels
has an amazing power that can each be used equally well with any
kind of deck; however, I would probably put him in a black deck
using the Cell Saga Mastery, or in a red deck using the Trunks Saga
Mastery to get to his level 3 easier. Then, once ur there, ur
opponent can barely touch u with physicals or energies!!! With a
high power level from the start, Android 16 is good to play even if
u have to stay at level 1 forever, though! n_~

I never thought about rating a personality card but it could be fun ^_^ I just wana mention that I will not
rate MPs the same way I rate normal cards cuz they are completely different.
Standard
A-16 is a guy that you have to use in a Physical Beat down deck if you use him as a Main Personality cuz
he's the strongest guy and his 1 PUR simply won't do it when it comes to an energy attack deck. His level 1
power is pretty cool but forces you to build a really offensive deck and the power kinda falls apart when
facing Piccolo but it's still cool ^_^

A-16 is pretty basic so he doesn't really change that much in the TE environment cuz he's all about a good
physical beatdown ^_^

As an Ally
A-16 is not much when it comes to helping others.... in other words he = bad ally >,< I wouldn't even use
him in a A-20 ally deck cuz he doesn't do much, but then again this is just my opinion >_^

Android 16 is an under-rated
personality. He makes a great a physical attack deck using his high
power level, both a non-anger deck AND as an anger deck. His non-HT
CS level 1 is quite nice. He also makes a pretty good ally deck,
with 1 PUR and a high power level even at the bottom stage.
My favorite aspect of A16 is his non-HT level
3, which protects from all manner of devastation. Its sheer
greatness for a Tuff Enuff deck.

Android 16.. The big machine, in
this case, most associate him with Black... His Lv1 power, good, you
get a card advantage without drawing extra cards.
Second level.. Not bad, could be better, Then
there's Lv3, personally, my favorite Level 3 in the game, yes,
better than vegeta's. Turning that 12 life card energy into 3 life
cards... godly, just if anger didnt stink so much right now i'd use
him.. Overall 16 is a really good personality, and i dont know why
more people dont use him.
