DBZ CCG Card of the Day

Super Saiyan Effect

Preview #4, Trunks Saga

Reviewed December 5, 2002

Ratings are based on a 1 to 5 scale
1 being the worst.  3 ... average.  5 is the highest rating.

Da Krillin Wednesday- Super Saiyan Effect
Funnnnnnnnnn

This card is kewl..it not only keeps your opponent from attacking with phys.
combat cards, they can't defend with them eitehr! You'll find this in lots
of Phys. beatdown decks, and cosmic Backlash decks..as well as in Dball
decks and other decks taht don't wanan get hit with big phys attacks (most
:-p)..

Standard: 3.1
Tuff Enuff: 3.5
Judge Rich of AK W - Super Saiyan Effect

This is basically a staple card. Play this against agressive saiyan or red beatdown decks, and your opponent will likely pass in each phase during combat. Use fatherly advice, expectant trunks, or krillin's concentration to use this card in a tight spot.

Standard: 4/5

Tuff Enuff: 4/5

JayManFu Super Saiyan Effect- This card is really good since your opponent cant even perform physicals. When you could have 3 of these in your deck you could shut physical beatdown decks. Since they made it limit 1 per deck there isnt a reason not to play it in any deck. Standard 4.8/5

Te- This card gets a little better cause more people use physicals and you can stop them in there tracks, even if they enter and gohan's kick. 5/5
Chibi Super Saiyan Effect

Another one of those cards that's now restricted to one per deck. This card can single-handedly shutdown a physical deck. Unless, you don't have to worry about physical attacks, this is a card you should play.

In Standard, usually DB decks won't run this. Most other decks will.
4.2/5

In Tuff Enuff, physical attacks a half of the decks.
All decks should be playing this card.
5.0/5
