This card's very cool but it's not very stable, a deck can be built around it but it will not be very consistent, especially against the Blue style.

Standard

Tha card has a great impact on the environment because now players have to make sure they have so way of affecting anger because of the fear this card  causes. There are a lot of small combos one can try to make this card work but I feel that the fact the cards out there is more than enough to affect deck construction weather the card's stable or not.

Rating 3.9 (just cuz of the way it affects the environment)

Tuff Enuff

This card can do a lil better here cuz cards that affect anger aren't used that much. This card will make all those TE players to look for more than just attacks and blocks... this card just rips the curent environment apart >;~) It's so great.

Rating 4.2

Woah, I didn't think Id actually get any email, but I did and Im checking this very late with little time to review todays card, Dragon's Victory.

Well back to the CotD schedule on the site, and Dragon's Victory is personally one of my second most favorite ways to win. Some people dont like playing Tokui Waza, and now it pays off ^_^ It shouldnt be hard for you to get at 4 anger, but getting an opponet up there shouldnt be too hard either..right? Well ok a little. But this card is a great way to win if you arent playing a TW deck. Just watch out for those cards that keep you at zero..

My rating for Dragon's Victory? 4.5/5, being able to win the whole game with any one card is just great.

I dont have time to review for TE, and I am not an IQ and have inside Info about this voctory being allowed in TE tournys, so I would be no good reviewing this in TE..ah...but werent the 20 TE promo cards awesome?!?! Just got my box of CG and saw them in there.

One of the two new cards in Cell Games that can win you the game...let's see here. It's certainly not as controversial as Cosmic Backlash so that's good. Having to get your anger and your opponent's to 4 isn't as easy as it sounds so it's not exceedingly simple to set off. Not to mention it's a combat card, so your opponent can still sphere it. Now, all that being said...I think this card is very good. It's a nice twist to the environment and a Dragon's Victory deck will always make you worry about your anger as well as theirs. I believe you can win this way in Tuff Enuff, but if you did...you wouldn't get all those nice overkills! :)

Standard: 4.0

Tuff Enuff: 3.5
