2 Support for 1 turn?  Not bad at all.  Now, as a Magic player, I can't help but compare this girl to Sensei's Divining Top, which definitely made a tremendous impact.  Deck manipulation is always helpful for any card game, putting you less at the mercy of your deck and helping to eliminate bad topdecks.  Here's the problem: whereas the top was practically free to use, losing a chi each turn to focus your deck is much more significant here, as it is a less renewable resource.  If your deck doesn't require much chi, by all means, this is practically a must to include.  If it does use a lot, well, she'd take very serious consideration.
4/5
