[POJO]   What do you like best about the PokeMon TCG?
[MD]      It is the easiest card game to play and easy to make a good deck with many combinations of cards.

[POJO]   What do you dislike about the PokeMon TCG?
[MD]      The coin flips kind of get annoying at times and annoying at times and I really hate the lack of east coast events especially considering that NY city is a major city.

[POJO]   Do you find casual play or organized competition to be more fun?  Why?
[MD]      I tend to think casual play is more fun because you can test out varieties of decks and not worry about competition,  but I also like the tournies because good competition is good to have also.

[POJO]   Where do you usually play?
[MD]      Golden Memories Comics (Gotta give a shout out to Rich Seguino) " Schweet!"

[POJO]   How often do you participate in organized tournaments?  [MD]      About once a week.

[POJO]   What was you most thrilling victory?
[MD]      This has got to be the craziest match I ever played.  It was me and my Alakazam / Moltres stall vs. Glenn Katzen (currently 3rd in the world. This kid is good!) with him sporting his Alakazam / Moltres stall.  Well anyway to keep things short, he got insanely unlucky with his moltres flipping about 14 tails and 2 heads with his Moltres and eventually i brought in my moltres and flipped heads with Dive Bomb and ko'd his Moltres and I had the game from there on.  (14 tails can be very depressing!)  I got to give credit to Katzen though because he is just so good!

[POJO]  What was your most crushing defeat?
[MD]      My most crushing defeat was when I was playing this kid Bryan Gallo (was about around 2000 in the world then and is still that now) who was playing a bench manipulation type deck and I was playing my Alakazam / Moltres stall.  Well this match was insanely short because he had Gastly and I just had 2 Abras.  So he kills off one Abra I send out another Abra.  I go, and draw ANOTHER ABRA!  So he kills off one Abra and I get nothing I need to draw and he kills off the other Abra (that was horrible).

[POJO]  Who is your toughest competition?  Why?
[MD]      My toughest competition has to be Glenn Katzen because I always have the hardest time beating him.  Put it this way,  whenever i make a good move, he tops it off with something better.  Talk about luck.

[POJO]  What is your favorite card?  Why?
[MD]      My favorite card is definitely Hitmonchan because it is so fast and lots of pokemon have weakness to it and the only good pokemon played with its resistance in my area is Scyther.

[POJO]  What kind of deck to you dread having to play against?
[MD]      I dont dread any because I know most decks strategies and if I know how the other person is going to play I can pretty much make my moves carefully and safely.

[POJO]  What does it mean to you to be ranked as one of the best PokeMon TCG players in the world?
[MD]      Its ok I just wish that being ranked high would actually mean something.  Like getting invited to some events for topped ranked players for example.

[POJO]  Do you play the PokeMon video game?
[MD]      No i havent played it recently.

[POJO]  Do you watch the PokeMon Animated Series?
[MD]      I watch it very rarely.

[POJO]  Do you have a collection of PokeMon toys?
[MD]      No.

[POJO]  Do you have a favorite character card?  Favorite video game character?  Favorite animated series character?
[MD]      No actually I don't.

[POJO]  Anything else you would like to add to this interview?
[MD]      Not really I just hope that Team Rockets Trap is banned from tournament play.  Its too darn powerful especially with Item Finders!
