Pojo's Anime: Witch Hunter Robin Characters Name: Robin SenaAge: 15 Affiliation: STN-J Ability: Power over fire Description: A replacement for the STN-J’s last hunter who was killed in a hunt. Dressing in gothic style, she is initially rather enigmatic to the team, but slowly becomes one of their own. Born in Japan, but moved to an Italian coven, she is sent back to Japan by the Solomon organization. Her powers over fire aren’t incredibly accurate, so Amon eventually gives her a pair of glasses to better control her flames. She enters the series by saving the STN-J team from a witch during a hunt. Of course, there may be more to her than meets the eye… Name: Amon Age: 25 Affiliation: STN-J Ability: Unknown Description: The cold leader of the STN-J witch hunting team. He prefers cold efficiency during a hunt and never lets targets escape. Dark and moody, he thinks Robin an annoyance on first meeting her, eventually giving her a pair of glasses just to get her aim right. During the series, we never see him use his Craft, which may or may not be for the best. Always appearing in a dark trench coat with long dark hair, he takes up the position of uber-cool hunter. Of course, with a profile like that, he’s gotta be hiding something… Name: Miho Karasuma Age: 19 Affiliation: STN-J Ability: “Scrying”/ psychic empathy Description: The levelheaded member, Miho is the second-in-command to Amon. Her power involves deriving memories and emotions from objects or other people. This power also makes her one of the main “investigators” around the team. Efficient with an Orbo gun, she can hold her own in a fight. Usually paired up with Haruto. Name: Haruto Sakaki Age: 18 Affiliation: STN-J Ability: Unknown (telekinesis, perhaps?) Description: The newest member before Robin arrived. He hasn’t yet honed his Craft powers, which accounts for the rare use of them during the series. Typically, he can get hotheaded when he’s being treated like a child, making him sort of the standard newbie character. He is often assigned to take cases with Miho. Name: Michael Lee Age: 16 Affiliation: STN-J/bound to Solomon Ability: Computer Use Description: What’s the term now? Oh, yeah 1337 h4x012. Using his skills in computers, he hacked into the Solomon computers a while back just to see if he could. Unfortunately, Solomon sent operatives to either kill him or keep him as an indentured servant. Michael now works as the computer operator at the STN-J base. He cannot leave the building or else he will be killed. Fortunately, he’s rather used to his new home and gets along well with the other members, sending them info, blueprints and bios during witch-hunts. Name: Shintarou Kosaka Age: 45 Affiliation: STN-J Ability: None Description: Former police captain who now works as the boss for the STN-J hunts. Does the paperwork for the organization. Second only to Zaizen. Name: Takuma Zaizen Age: 52 Affiliation: Solomon (?) Ability: None Description: Runs the STN-J. Handles all interaction with Solomon and government. Despite his position, the team knows very little about him, except that he likes his cigars and he perfected the Craft-neutralizing Orbo. Does he have something to hide, too? Name: Yuriko Doujima Age: 18 Affiliation: STN-J (?) Ability: Unknown Description: She only has a job with the organization through her rich businessman father. She mostly sits around the office, taking periodic breaks to go shopping or to get food or anything else she can think of the get out of work. Despite this, she is liked around the office, except possibly by Kosaka who yells at her every time she’s late. Name: Kobari Yuji (“Master”) Age: Unknown (probably late 30s or early 40s) Affiliation: None Ability: Unknown Description: Kindly owner of “Harry’s”, the restaurant across the street. Often has pleasant conversations with the STN-J crew and also provides a meeting place for the organization. His Craft power lies dormant, and he does all he can to keep it from becoming known. Name: Masaki Touko Age: 22 Affiliation: None Ability: None Description: Robin’s roommate who provided a place for her to stay while in Japan. She is also the daughter of Zaizen and Amon’s former girlfriend. All of this has bad results for her later in the series…
