Character Bios: Richard Moore (Kogorou Mori)
Due to Jimmy's success Richard was having no cases but after Rachel
prodded him into letting Conan stay in their apartment with them,
he has had many cases. That is due to the fact that Conan has been
solving his cases for him and giving him the credit. Even though
he has a reputation of being the great Richard Moore he really is
pretty dumb. He never has a clue about what's going on and usually
makes dumb and unfounded accusations whenever he is on a case.
Richard is very cheap and spends a lot of his time getting drunk,
and has been known to go on a case with a hang-over.
His major weakness is a pop star, Yoko Okino, who he solves several
cases for. Every time Conan makes a keen observation Richard always
finds the need to hurt him which leads to a lot of comedy. Even
though he is no super sleuth, with Conan behind him (lol) there is
no case he can’t solve.
