Shock Therapy The key to making any kind of deck is having card economy. If you can have 10 cards in your hand rather than 7, wouldn't you? This is what I suggest: Always have 2+ Bills in any deck. Always have 2+ Pokedex. Always have at least 1/3 energy per deck. Energy retrevial is also very good if you have some... I have spent 35$ total so far and have 2 Zapdos, 2 Raichu, 4 Pikachu, 2 ElectraBuzz, 4 Abra, 2 Kadabra, 1 Alakazam, 2 Clefairy 4 Bill, 4 PokeDex, 4 Potion, 4 Energy Retrevial, 14 Electric Energy and 11 Psychic Energy. This deck has been tested for about 5 hours, so if it doesnt work against everyone then thats understandable.
