Pokemon Deck - Power Surge

Hi, I would like to submit a deck I have that has been winning alot of games for me, I once had a 6 game winning streak in a 10 game series, i came out of the series withthe record of 8 wins and 2 loss. Its a mono-lightning deck here is the layout.

"Power Surge"
16x Pokêmon Cards
1x Chansey (1 is enough)
1x Clefairy (i is enough due to it's low HP)
3x Dratini
2x Dragonair
3x Electabuzz
3x Magnemite
2x Magneton
1x Zapdos
16x Trainer Cards
4x Energy Removal
2x Super Energy Removal
3x Professor Oak
3x Gust Of Winds
3x Switch
1x Computer Search
28x Energy Cards
4x Double Colorless Energy
24x Lightning Energy

Strategy-
This deck emphasizes on speed and energy draining. First you drain the energy and then you beat the pokemon down with your fast attacks. First the speed comes from the pokemon cards, none of them have any stage 2 evolution (well lightning
doesn't have any at all), about 62% of the pokemons in this deck can run on a minimum of 1 energy, and being a mono lightning there isn't a problem of energy distribution. The draining comes from the 4 Energy Removals and 2 Super
Energy Removals which adds up to 8 energy cards from the early game to the mid game, while in the late game or the mid game the Dragonairs can hack at energy and then knock out the opposing pokemon, the Dragonairs prove deadly against a lot of energy dependent Pokemon like Charizard. The rest of the pokemon forces have their own contributions. Chansey as usual is to hold up for a while, and only one is in this deck due to the low energy attack costs, Zapdos serves the
same purpose, it can be put up as a wall late or early in the game, it takes him 4 turns to full charge so I advise to charge it up for 2 and then bring it out. The 3 Electabuzz and 3 Magnemite provide quick damage, while the Magnemites have an even more extended purpose, late in the game you should blow up a few Magnemites or better yet a Magneton this way you can weaken the benched pokemon your opponents have and set it up for an easy KO from your
other pokemon (but watch out, make sure the self destruct knocks them out, so you won't be giving your opponent a free prize, and remember this also weakens your bench pokemon). When you get a Professor Oak in your hand make sure you exhaust all your resources in your hand before you use the Professor Oak.  Double Colorless Energy are mostly use for the Chansey,Clefairy and/or Dragonair. The Gust Of Wind and Switches are mostly here for strategic uses, to push back stronger pokemons (especially fighting pokemons or pokemon with resistance against lightning) and bring up more vulnerable pokemons while switch pushes your damaged pokemons up to the front without paying retreat
costs. Over all this deck is very good even against Fighting decks, most of the time the MVP of this deck are the Dragonairs.
