3 double colorless energy
4 rattata
2 raticate
3 pidgey
1 pidgeotto
4 farfetch'd
3 dodou
1 dratini
4 bills
2 energy removal
1 super energy removal
1 potion
1 pokedex
1 defender
1 gust of wind
1 lass
1 imposter professor oak
1 maintenence

The idea of this deck is to basically stall. Be sure you make good use of the beginning because I have found it is easist than. The problem comes when the opponents pokemon evolve. When that happens make full use of the energy removals, pidgey's (and pidgeotto's) whirlwind, pidgeotto's mirror move, and raticate's super fang. This deck can be very cheap (in a good way). One of the good parts is that it is cheap in cost.
