					Rj's Deck Garage

					April 18, 2005
					Welcome back to my deck
garage, don't be discouraged if I didn't review your deck
yet, remember that your not the only duelist who needs some
help with their deck and I get MANY email, Every time a new
deck is posted on Pojo, I erase my inbox, so send them in
again ok? Maybe I will get to YOUR deck soon!

Todays deck is a VERY well built Fire themed deck sent in to
us by TenteiKarite, here is what he had to say...

My name is TenteiKarite on the Pojo boards, and from
lack of results, when I posted this deck, I'm asking you for
help. I play aggressively, Even when I have my Solar Flare
					Dragons out ... which I suppose isn't a good thing. I've
been set back by mirror Force a Couple of times, but I come
back the majority of the time.  my deck's win
					percentage is around 75-80%

					Hell-Bent Inferno (Adv. Format)

					Monsters (20)

					x2 Thestalos, the Firestorm Monarch
x3 Gaia Soul, The Combustible Collective
					x3 Blazing Inpachi
					x2 Spirit of Flames
					x3 Solar Flare Dragon
					x3 UFO Turtle
					x2 Inferno
x2 The Thing in the Crater

					Spells (13)

					x3 Molten Destruction
					x1 Terraforming
					x2 Smashing Ground
					x1 Creature Swap
					x1 Premature Burial
					x1 Pot of Greed
					x1 Swords of Revealing Light
					x1 Mystical Space Typhoon
					x1 Heavy Storm
					x1 Snatch Steal

					Traps (7)

					x2 Compulsory Evacuation Device
					x1 Torrential Tribute
					x1 Ring of Destruction
					x1 Magic Cylinder
					x1 Call of the haunted
					x1 Backfire

Please note that, athough I use some, i Dislike
					'Staples' immensly.

Well! Your deck looks very nice without my fixes, but, I
must admit there will be much room for improving, to start
off, I see you are playing with a lot of the "Remove one
*Insert Type Here* monster from play to special summon..."
type of monsters, they are great for swarming etc., but
early in the game, you may not be able to summon them
quickly, which will lead to a dead card in your hand, that
one less resource, you don't want that to happen! So that,
along with some other things I am seeing will be fixed
					today!

First off, Im going to drop...

					-Inferno
					-Inferno
					-Spirit Of The Flames

Now, we are at 17 monsters which is a GREAT number, now
then, I can already see some Lack of field presence in Gaia
Soul, his effect kills him, so Im going to add in some
spells that will add what he detracts...

					+Scapegoat
					+Scapegoat

So we are at 15 Spells now, alittle less then usual, but its
ok, we can add in another real quick...

					+Nobleman Of Crossout

I want to add ANOTHER Crossout, this is a offensive deck
					after all, so here goes...

					-Backfire
					+Nobleman Of Crossout

Ok, so 17 Monsters, 16 Spells, that leaves room for 7 Traps,
lets go ahead and pick those out...

-All the traps you have now

Im going to drop whatever you used to have, and make an
					entirely new line-up!

					+Bottomless Trap Hole
					+Bottomless Trap Hole
					+Mirror Force
					+Ring Of Destruction
					+Torrential Tribute
					+Call Of THe Haunted
					+Magic Cylinder

I had enough room to fit in Magic Cylinder, normally I dont
like trading cards for lifepoints, but a friend of mine,
always thinks like "Well, If they use their ring, I use
my ring, then I get about 2 attacks in, cylinder can win the
game for me", My friend makes a valid point, this deck
really benifits from magic cylinder because of the burn that
we already have in it...Also, You said you didnt like
"Staples" in your deck, so I decided not to put in Tribe
Infecting Virus or Breaker The Magical Warrior, although I
HIGHLY reccomend you use them! You can easily drop a Blazing
Inpachi and a Gaia Soul for the 2? Your choice!

Here is what the deck looks like after the fixes...

					Monsters (17)

					x2 Thestalos, the Firestorm Monarch
x3 Gaia Soul, The Combustible Collective
					x3 Blazing Inpachi
					x1 Spirit of Flames
					x3 Solar Flare Dragon
					x3 UFO Turtle
x2 The Thing in the Crater

					Spells (17)

					x3 Molten Destruction
					x1 Terraforming
					x2 Scapegoat
					x2 Smashing Ground
					x1 Creature Swap
					x1 Premature Burial
					x2 Nobleman Of Crossout
					x1 Pot of Greed
					x1 Swords of Revealing Light
					x1 Mystical Space Typhoon
					x1 Heavy Storm
					x1 Snatch Steal

					Traps (7)

					x2 Bottomless Trap Hole
					x1 Torrential Tribute
					x1 Ring of Destruction
					x1 Magic Cylinder
					x1 Call of the haunted
					x1 Mirror Force

So you're at 41 cards, a great number, Well, you have a
great deck now buddy, I hope you have as much fun playing
with the deck, as I did fixing it for you!

					Until next time...

					-Rj
