Elemental Hero Necroid Shaman

Wow, you get half of a +1!

Okay...it's bad enough if you're actually fusing E-Heroes, but for the sake of argument (and my sanity) let's say that you used Future Fusion or something. So you get out a 1900 ATKer, you destroy an opponent's monster, and you put out the weakest monster in their Graveyard to attack through for maybe, 1600 damage (assuming they've used a MoF or something.)

And then what...well, this is the part where your opponent summons Cyber Dragon and runs over the crappy E-Hero! Heck, even the newbies will summon Cyber Dragon and run over this if you're bad enough to summon it.

Ever wonder why this guy's a common? He's bad, even as far as E-Heroes go. And it's hard to be worse than our current batch of E-Heroes.

1/5 all

EHero Necroid Shaman:
You see! More death from those low on image. Unfair.

An unpopular EHero, and this is saying something, as its effect does very little for an even more unimpressive body. You basically get to transform one monsters into one that went earlier, so the best you could do is turn Spirit Reaper into something killable or Zaborg into a face-up MoF. Oooo. Big whoop. Not worth the effort.

"Elemental Hero Wild Wingman" + "Elemental Hero Necroshade"
This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. When this card is Special Summoned, destroy 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. Then select 1 monster from your opponent's Graveyard and Special Summon it to your opponent's side of the field.

So today's COTD is a fusion of a fusion and a tribute monster. All in all, this is done to bring out a weak monster (for a 4 star his stats are great, for a fusion of a fusion and a tribute I ask WHAT?) who has an effect that basically replaces an opponents monster with something else.

Cards like this make me sick. E-Hero's can be good. Shinning Flare Wingman, Phoenix Enforcer, Wildedge are great monsters. But this thing is dumb. It basically causes you to run a bunch of monsters that will be of no use to you (Necroshade is ok in his own right, but not really needed). And Wild Wingman is a fusion that I will call a FLUSH. This is so because he forces us to waste resources on top of wasting resources, thus in essence flushing them away.

If this monster had some godly effect, maybe the ability to hit an opponent directly 3 times and be indestructible, on top of giving us 7 draws, etc. Then maybe he and fusions in general would see play. But nope, none of that. We get a monster who costs us 5 cards (excluding the 2 fusion monsters themselves) to summon. 3 cards if we use a substitute.

Poor effect.
Poor stats.
Poor monster.
Poor me:P
1/5 if you summon this thing.
5/5 considering he is a fusion, but he is not playable.

Elemental Hero Necroid Shaman :

Ooo, E hero fusion, I bet this’ll score high !.

Well it doesn’t, fact is that since it’s a fusion , you’re out at least 2 cards to do it, which you’d think would be slightly helped by this monster’s ability to destroy a monster when summoned, but unfortunately that’s hindered by the requirement for you to revive an opposing monster in that’s place. I can’t think of a way to reap benefit from this unless for whatever reason they have a Chainsaw insect or something in the grave.

The only upside is that by getting your E hero Necroshade in the grave you can get yourself a few more monsters out via his effect, not bad, but not advantageous.

Elemental Hero Neroid Shaman - Wednesday's Review.

Again, another card I didnt even know was out till now. Its from some set, game, or something that I dont even know about. Probably cause I dont care =/

He can only be fusion summoned, and he destroys 1 monster on your opponents field, and then you select one monster from their graveyard and special summon it to their field. Meh, not bad. Could be good to special summon a Treeborn in attack and do big damage but i unno???

Treeborn, or Faith, or a lower monster could be great to bring back for extra damage but otherwise I dont like this card.

DeathJester
Elemental Hero Necroid Shaman

Necroid Shaman takes a bit of setup to use correctly. When he’s Fusion Summoned you can choose to destroy a monster on your opponent’s side of the field then Special Summon a monster from their Graveyard to their side of the field. The fun thing to this is that you choose the Battle Position of the monster.

Last Word: I would much rather use Elemental Hero Necroshade. Necroid Shaman has his uses but he’s not THAT good at all.
