MerrilHess Mustering of the Dark Scorpions
(Spell)
You can only activate this card when you have “Don Zaloog” face-up on your side of the field. You can Special Summon any of the cards from your hand that include “Dark Scorpion” in the card name, or are named “Cliff the Trap Remover”. You cannot Special Summon 2 cards with the same card name by the effect of this card.

Ok, I am sorry for not reviewing the first 3 cards of this week. I have been really busy with school work. As for today’s card, it is the swarmage for the Dark Scorpions. It can bring all of them to the field and set up the Dark Scorpion Combination nicely (we will review tomorrow). Plus it gives you monsters for tributes and enough attackers to deal hefty damage. The downside is that you can only bring out 1 of each.

I gave Mustering of the Dark Scorpions a 7/10 because of how situational it is. It’s fast, but very situational.

Ahhh... Let the Mustering begin! First of all Don Zaloog is included in the Dark Scorpion attack. You need Don Zaloog so this card is basically telling you DON'T FORGET ABOUT DONNY BOY! However like most of the cards Konami comes out with have a negative effect and can't be perfect. The Scorpions must be in your hand! That sucks. It really does. You don't know how much that sucks. The Scorpion combo doesn't work without all of them on the field. However with this card you can Special Summon freely. I guess it would work then. You can also combo with Manae the Thorn I guess as well.
