well then this will be my first report and my first tournement seince coming

out of retirement here was my deck before the pre tourny stuff:

Monsters: 16
Vampire Lord(thank god they made a common version) Deespair from the Dark x2
(I was not very comfortable about using 2 of these bad boys) Ryu Kokki x2
(wanted a 3rd before the tourny begain) Dark Dust Spirit(this card I can never 
seem to draw) Pyramid Turtle x3(man can you say staple?) Spirit Reaper x2(ok 
I would just like to say paying 3 dollar for a friggin common sux big time! 
but what can I say I needed another. Hoping to get a
3rd)
Sinister Serpent(one of the only cards in this deck thats foil) Regenerating 
Mummy x2(I have to say I feel more comfotable using Fear from the Dark then 
this card) Master Kyonsee(filler, plain and simple) Vampire Lady(read above)

Call of the Mummy x3(I want to drop one, this card is definatly a staple) 
Book of Life x2(wanting a another badly) Pot of Greed(2 for one is sweet) 
Change of Heart(I want to end the game with this card once) Tribute to the 
Doomed x3(I love this thing, Kill a mon and send a high lv to

grave and bring it back)
Confiscation(another foil but totally nessasarry to have right now) Creature 
Swap x2(thank god for UDE making this thing common I could never get it otherwise) 
Snatch Steal(yet another foil but I am going to trade it off for the common 
version from my friend) Preamture Burial(staple in nearly every deck) Heavy 
Storm(read Creature Swap, yes I am very Poor) Mystical Space Typhoon(needed S/T

Pre Tourny:
Well I got up did the Essentials(shaved,brushed theeth ECT.)Then I waited 
until 12:20 to leave for the big day to come. I am 15 now and this is my 
very first tourny after coming out of retirement so I had to do fairly well 
for myself so I could grow. Man I wanted like 7 cards they are another Ryu 
Kokki, Patrician of Darkness,Spirit Reaper,Exiled Force(the most Expensive 
on my list), Book of Life, and Raigeki Break x3. Not bad Eh? Well my deck 
was firmly Built around ombie Swarm and a little of control built right in. 
I was Really wanting to score all those cards today so I could Come out with

a huge pro to the day. I walked in with 9 bucks, 3 bucks for the tourny and 
6 for the cards. I also had a binder full of foils(one being judgement of 
anubis secret rare style)to offer to get these easy wants. Exiled For was 7 
bucks so I knew I would have to do some bargining for the diference. 
Unfortunatly someone got their first and bought it ARGGGGG. Well I did get a

ryu, 2 raigeki breaks, Amazingly a spirit reaper, and a patrician right 
before it all started.

Matches:
Match one: J.T. vs. Tanner(gravekeeper deck)
dang did I get a beatdown. He anihilated me without going past 6000 himself.

He out swarmed me both times. He did get in the top 8 and gave me some much 
needed pointers. It's true you can always learn more.

Match 2: J.T. vs. Johnnny(control based deck)
Wow this was a weird one, he had a remarkibly large deck but round one i got

the exact card when I needed it for the win. Round two I couldn't topdeck to

save my life. Round three was the same

Match 3: J.T. Vs. Josh(XYZ deck)
man this kid had issues. Proboly the only kid there who had a bad additude. 
Gave me both matches cuz he was screwed

Match 4: J.T. vs. Morgan(dragon based deck)
this kid was like 5 enough said.

Well with a break even recored I knew I wasn't in it so I traded around and 
got myself a great card for my deck. Tribe Infecting Virus, eat your heart 
out exiled force!

Pros:
UDE making all those fat wallet cards nice and common:)
Getting a lot of pointers and balencing my deck more twords control
geting me a TIV
finnally going to a tournement
learning a lot from my losses
Geting a brand new deck box(might get matching cases next week)
keeping 3 dollars after alls said and done for next week

Slops:
Having exiled force bought before I could get it
geting 2-2 at the tournement
josh for having a bad additute
