Hey guys, how are you doing, sorry i haven't been doing tournament reports in the past two months. I have been busy with summer and a\having fun and all (that what summer is about isn't about isn't it)?

Well this morning I had to finish mowing the lawn and it was just my B-day 2 weeks ago. Now on to the tournament report.

Well there's the new deck line up and its working really, really well. I have been building this deck since the first monarch came out and I've almost got done i only need two cards left. I got there at 11:30 and i bought 4 packs and got 2 for a birthday present and I pulled an 1st edition cybernetic magician. I then traded that for a breaker so i was really happy about that! There was alot aof people there for the tournament today and its the most that's been there for a while. Well onto the tournament report.



1st match Me vs. CCC to the extreme



Game 1



I got to go first and i got a bad hand and he got a good one. I was struggling to stay alive and it didn't work out.



0-1



Game 2



I went first and got a good hand, i got Jinzo out on him late in the game which led to a victory.



1-1



Game 3



He wasn't drawing anything good and i was drawing really good cards and that and he had me in a thousand eye lock which he made a bad move, i had torrential face down and he summoned and i played it. I then got all the monsters i could and beat him down.



2-1



Everyone was amazed that I beat the top player in the shop and I was trying not to let it go to my head he was having an off day.

Match 2 Me vs. another CCC



Game 1



He got his luster out and removed everything that i had and i couldn't do anything about it.

Game 2



I was drawing awesome I pulled trinity on him, I don out and taking cards from his hand then his deck, I then got the monarchs out and destroyed his traps, and finally I played Jinzo which stopped his mirror force.

Game 3



The same thing happened as in game 2 but not as bad.

Everyone was amazed again i was on a streak.

Match 3 Me vs. CCC to infinity



Game 1



I been having this all day I lose 1st and then I win the next 2. I was winning and a late-game-top- deck luster beat me.

Game 2



This time I got my nimbles out and they were beating him down and then he got luster out and I had hoped for it. I had creature swap in my hand and i let him attack me and i switched nimble with

luster attacked, gained life points and got one more out to tribute for. He top decked snatch steal and took him from me and attacked me twice. I top decked breaker (woot) and broke snatch prematured Jinzo and then I attacked for win.

Game 3



I got out all monarchs and cleared the field and attacked with everything for the match.

Everyone was impressed with my progression and as soon as I got done the finals were called.

Finals Match 4 Me vs. earth trample (wow no CCC)



Game 1



This guy is number 2 in the shop and he wasn't using his Chaos deck, but he was using a new deck he built. I brought out everything and beat him down for the win.



Game 2



A repeat of game 1.

Everyone was in awe, the two top players weren't in the finals and I knocked out one of them. I was getting the respect i deserved.



Semi finals Match 5 me vs. CCCCCCCCCCCCCCC..........CCCCC whatever ;)>



Game 1



I beat him down and didn't him use anything.



Game 2



This game was awesome I had a monarch with an axe on it and had ring and barrel face down he was removing a light and a dark and i ringed and barreled my monarch for game.

Finals Match 6 Me vs. heart of the underdog deck with Exodia, whoop-de-do





Game 1



I had Jinzo out and stopped all traps and beat him down.

Game 3



He had heart of the underdog out and i had and goblin with axe on it and a face down magician of faith. Next turn he would win if i didn't do anything so i flipped magician and got pot, played it, got Zaborg and destroyed his monster. I turned goblin to attack and i attacked for tournament win. He was trying to find ways he didn't lose and he got mad a kicked me, but i didn't care i just one the tournament and my friend was telling me good job and everyone was impressed. I got five packs and got ufroid fighter, skyscraper, and a couple of rares. I was really happy.

Showed you didn't have to have a luster to win a tournament.
